| 摘 要： | 法官的职业角色定位决定了法官职业伦理的内容，法官是法律的守护神，工表着法律，承载着社会公正使命，除了遵循普通伦常之外，还要遵循普通人或者职业外人士所不必遵守的遵循操守。也正是这些伦理要求，才反映了法官职业最本质的特征，关系与法民职业群体形象，关系到国家的司法职能的正常发挥。法官伦理需要制度化地沟建，更需要法官的自律，使其被法官群体所认同，并且遵循之成为法官的内在需要。

| Abstract: | The content of judge's occupation ethics is decided by the professional role of judge.Judge who bears the mission of judicial justice is the guardian spirit of law,and the representative of law.Other than following the common ethics,judge must follow special ethics which everyman or people who are not judge needn't abide by.It is the Judge ethics that reflects the most essential characteristic of judge's profession,which concerns the colony image of judge occupation,and the successful implement of the nation's judicial function.Judge's ethics needs to construct systematically,and more needs to be followed by Judge self-consciously.Thereby,it makes itself be recognized by the judge colony,and followed to become the inherent needs of judge. |
