| 摘 要： | 利用中小板与创业板上市制造业企业的面板数据实证研究了企业的议价能力和其绩效之间的关系，并探究经济周期对这种关系的调节作用。结果发现，企业的议价能力和企业绩效显著正相关，经济周期正向调节二者的关系，相对于经济繁荣期，企业的议价能力对其绩效的提升作用在经济收缩期更显著。

| Abstract: | Using the panel data of manufacturing enterprises listed on GEM boards , this paper empirically tests the relation-ship between bargaining power and enterprise performance and the moderating role of economic cycle .Results shows that bargaining power is significantly positive correlated to enterprise performance , and economic cycle moderates the relationship positively.That is, the enhancing effect of bargaining power on enterprise performance during economic depression is more significant compared with economic boom . |
