摘    要:基于有偏技术进步、要素替代的研究框架理论,探究了粮食生产要素组合及技术变动趋势.构建超越对数生产函数模型,利用全国30个省份2001~2013年面板数据进行实证研究,计算了各要素价值份额和替代弹性.实证结果显示,粮食生产中化肥、农药的边际贡献递减,而农用柴油、农业机械设备的边际贡献递增;劳动用工量的边际贡献递增,且与其他物质要素的替代关系明显.为此,通过提高要素利用效率和要素替代弹性等推动粮食生产技术进步,实现生产要素组合的动态优化.

Biased Technology Progress,Substitution Elasticity and Factors Combination Change of Chinese Grain Production
Abstract:This paper analyzes technology change tendency and factors combination of Chinese grain production based on biased technology progress and substitution elasticity.It constructs trans-log production function model,and makes regression analysis by the data of 30 provinces in China from 2001 to 2013,and calculats the output elasticity and substitution elasticity of each energy element.Empirical results show that the contribution of energy element to Chinese grain production is greater,the marginal contribution of fertilizers,pesticides are decreasing,while the marginal contribution of diesel oil,agricultural machinery and equipment are increasing.The marginal contribution of labor is increasing,and the elasticity of substitution of agricultural labor to energy input is significantly.Therefore,it is important to take countermeasures to promote grain production technology progress and achieve energy saving,such as improving the efficiency of elements and the alternative energy input,etc.
