| 摘 要： | 基于进化的视角,研究了知识网络对后发企业技术链升级的作用,在对知识网络演化各阶段进行分析的基础上,构建了后发企业技术链升级概念模型,分析了后发企业技术链升级过程.研究发现,通过知识获取、选择、共享和融合作用,知识网络的演化不断促进着后发企业技术链升级.在理论研究的基础上,提出了促进知识网络演化和后发企业技术链升级的对策建议.

| Abstract: | Under the perspective of the evolution,knowledge network'effect on the upgrading of latecomer firms'technology chain have been researched.Further,based on the analysis of every stage of the evolution of knowledge network,the conceptual model of the upgrading of latecomer firms'technology chain has been constructed,and the process of upgrading of latecomer firms'technology chain has been analyzed.Result shows that evolution of knowledge network promotes the upgrading of latecomer firms'technology chain through the mechanism of knowledge acquisition,knowledge selection,knowledge sharing and knowledge integration.Based on theoretical research,the suggestions which can promote the evolution of knowledge network and the upgrading of latecomer firms'technology chain have been put forward. |
