| 摘 要： | 利用270份科技型企业问卷,检验专才与通才、交互记忆系统与双元创新的关系.结果表明:专才对利用性创新、通才对探索性创新影响显著;交互记忆系统在人力资本影响双元创新过程中有部分中介作用,"专长性"只有与"可信性""协调性"结合才能更好发挥作用,专才在交互记忆系统形成过程中作用更强.

| Abstract: | Based on 270 valid questionnaires in technological enterprises,this paper studied the relationship among specialists and generalists,transactive memory systems,ambidextrous innovation,Results showed that specialists contributed to exploitative innovation,while the generalists had a positive impact on explorative innovation.The transactive memory systems had a partially mediation effect on the positive relationship between human capital and ambidextrous innovation,In order to play a better role,"specialization" only needed combine "credibility" and "coordination",and specialists played stronger role in the formation process of transaction memory system. |
