| 摘 要： | 探索价值网络的结构化属性对智力资本配置的影响,厘清作用机制和路径,以及战略开放性和文化距离的调节作用.以中国高技术企业为样本,通过多元(层级)线性回归分析发现:网络中心性均正向显著影响配置广度和稳定性;网络密度均正向显著影响配置广度和稳定性;战略开放性均正向显著调节网络中心性与配置广度之间、网络中心性与配置稳定性之间的关系;文化距离正向显著调节网络密度与配置广度之间的关系,而负向调节网络密度与配置稳定性之间的关系不显著.

| Abstract: | This paper explored the effects of structural attributes of value network on intellectual capital configuration, clarifying the mechanism and routine, as well as the moderating effects of strategic openness and cultural distance.Using Chinese high-tech enterprises as the sample, with multivariate linear(hierarchical) regression, the results suggested that:network centrality both significantly had positive effects on breadth and stability;network density had the same effects as network centrality;strategic openness significantly and positively moderated the relationship between network centrality and breadth, as well as relationship between network centrality and stability;cultural distance significantly and positively moderated the relationship between network density and breadth, while negatively moderated the relationship between network density and stability. |
