过程型激励理论在高校教师管理中的应用

摘    要:过程型激励理论主要包括弗洛姆的期望理论、亚当斯的社会比较理论、洛克的目标设置理论和斯金纳的强化理论。借鉴和应用过程型激励理论,在高校教师管理中必须注意:构建"以人为本"的高校教师激励机制;设置科学合理的高校组织目标;健全高校教师激励型薪酬体系;合理运用高校教师激励反馈机制;建立高校教师激励制度保障;营造公平合理的高校组织氛围。

Abstract:Process Motivation Theories mainly include Fromm’s theory of expectation,Adams’s theory of social comparison,Rock’s theory of setting goal and Skinner’s reinforcement theory.Reference and application Process Motivation Theories in Management of Colleges Teachers must pay attention to the following points: establish people-oriented incentive mechanism in college,set up scientific and rational college organizational goals,improve incentive salary system of college teachers,rational use the feedback mechanism of college teacher incentive,build the system security for college teachers’ excitation and construct a fair organizational climate.
