| 摘 要： | 数字图书馆集成管理是一种全新的管理模式 ,它的实质是使图书馆系统内各个独立要素之间形成一种竞争性的互补关系 ,从而创造运行中的高效率。数字图书馆集成管理的内容十分广泛 ,涉及管理学的核心构成要素 ,如宏观战略管理、人力资源管理和技术管理等。要搞好数字图书馆的集成管理 ,首要的是必须抛弃传统思想 ,建立集成管理理念 ,同时运用集成管理思想指导管理实践 ,提高集成管理的规模效益。

| Abstract: | The Integrated Management of Digital Library is a brand new management mode,and its essence is to take shape a competitive reciprocal relationship between the independent elements in the library,in order to create the high efficiency in the running.The content of the integrated management of digital library is thoroughly extensive,involving the core constructive elements of management science,such as macro strategical management,HR management digital library well,what we shall do first is to abandon the traditional ideology,build the belief of integrated management,and use the ideology of integrated management to guide the management practice and improve the scale benefit. |
