| 摘 要： | 高等学校的规模、质量、效率和效益是高等教育经营的四大要点,追求规模、质量、效率、效益协同发展,是我国高等教育由精英型走向大众化的发展趋势。高等学校的发展规模,有利于优化学校资源配置,提高学校的教育效率和规模效益,但在一定程度上制约着教育质量的提高。优化教育资源配置既能促进规模的发展,又能提高教学质量和办学效益,因此,应把教育经营放在首位。

| Abstract: | The four key factors of higher educational management include the s i ze, quality, efficiency and benefit of university, and the pursuit of cooperativ e development of these is a tendency for China's higher education to develop fro m elite mode to popularization. The development of university size is beneficial to the optimization of resources collocation in university and the improvement of educational efficiency and benefit of the size but restrict the improvement o f educational quality. The optimization of educational resources collocation can both promote the development of the size and enhance the teaching quality and s chool-running benefit, and therefore the educational management should be place d above everything else. |
