高职课程改革取向影响因素分析与解决策略

摘    要:当前高职高专人才培养模式普遍存在倒向工作技能训练的倾向,这一倾向使得高职教育的技术概念正在缺失,高职教育的内涵变得浅薄。要走出这一尴尬的境地,高职高专的教学改革必须进一步深化,必须完善人才培养理念,把握好课程改革的核心目标,理顺课程结构定位与内容定位的关系,重视工作导向与技术导向协调统一,转变教学组织与设计的观念。

Abstract:There is a general trend that the personnel training mode had almost been converted to working skill training in higher vocational college.This trend had not only led technical conception to losting but also led the characteristic of higher vocational education to weakening as well.In order to walk out from thus awkward position,this article proposes that it is necessary to settle several valuable issues about educational innovation such as perfected conception of the personnel training mode,innovational target of courses,logical relationship between course structure and course contents,coordinated development of working skill training and technology ability training,conception of teaching design and so on.
