| 摘 要： | 本文以上海、浙江等普通高校大学生为研究对象,采用问卷调查、文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法,研究表明,大学生的心理健康确有令人担忧的一面,加强对他们的心理健康教育是重要和必要的,提出了体育运动促进心理素质的提高,明确有针对性的教育内容,确立教育机制的观念.

| Abstract: | The text takes university students in areas like Shanghai and Zhejiang as its research object and adopts such as questionnafres, quotation from documents, interviews with expertise, etc. Such research shows that the psychological health of university students is worrying in some respect and it is important and necessary to put more emphasis on the education of psychological health. The research also suggests that sports is helpful to their improvement of the psychological quality, makes clear specific contents of education and set up an idea of establishing educational mechanism. |
