| 摘 要： | 高校教师是我国中高层次人才的培养者,在社会的发展和建设中起着不可估量的作用。高校教师要有较高的美学修养,这是高校培养目标的要求,也是培养二十一世纪高素质人才的需要,美学是高校教师终生学习的一门必修课程。高校教师的美学修养要做到四个统一:审美理想与审美情感的统一,专业修养与审美意识的统一,主体形象和人文修养的统一,审美鉴赏与审美创造的统一。

| Abstract: | In our country the university teachers are the intermediate and high level talented persons' raiser. They are playing the inestimable role in society's development and the construction. The university teachers must have the quite high esthetics tutelage, this is the request of university raising goal and the demand of the 21 st century high qualities talented person raising. Eesthetics is a compulsory course which the university teachers should life-long study. The university teachers' esthetics tutelage must achieve four unifications:esthetic ideal and the estheitc emotion unification, specialized tutelage and esthetic consciousness unification, main body image and humanities tutelage unification, esthetic connoisseurship and esthetic creation unification |
