| 摘 要： | 本文在对香港经济面临的结构性问题进行分析的基础上,提出了香港经济转型的具体方向,并指出CEPA安排完全针对了香港当前的问题与需要,对重建香港制造业和拓宽金融服务业市场腹地提供了契机,给香港经济进行结构性调整提供了有利的条件,最后本文还探讨了配合CEPA落实所需要的政策措施。

| Abstract: | As the first bilateral free trade agreement inked between the China mainland and Hong Kong, CEPA may also benefit Hong Kong's economic restructuring.Based on the analysis of Hong Kong's economic structures,this paper proposes the possible directions in which Hong Kong's economic restructuring may head for.The paper also puts forward the argument that the CEPA arrangements, mainly addressing the current difficulties met in Hong Kong's economic development,also offer a good opportunity to reinvigorate Hong Kong's manufacturing industry and expand its financial service market. Policy suggestions responding to CEPA are also lined up in the paper. |
