| 摘 要： | 在高校基层团支部管理中,努力构建新时期高效基层团支部非权力领导力,可以促使高校团支部获得良好的活动影响力和感召力,从而可以为高校发展作出应有的贡献.本文通过阐述基层团支部非权力领导力构建的意义,分析了基层团支部非权力领导力存在的外因和内因问题,并论述了基层团支部如何构建非权力领导力的相关对策.
