| 摘 要： | 目前医院信息公开化过程中由于保障患者参与制度的缺失，造成诸多问题。构建医院信息公开的患者参与机制，应从建立听证制度、信息查询制度、参与评价制度和问责制度来着手，从而为改善医患关系，提高医院管理效能提供制度保障。

| Abstract: | The lack of patients participating system has caused many problems in the current process of hospital information disclosure. Construction of patients participating mechanism is to begin with establishing the hearing system, information inquiry system, evaluation participate system, and accountability system, so as to improve the doctor-patient relationship and provide mechanism guarantee improving management efficiency. |
