| 摘 要： | 科研诚信建设对于高校科研能力的提高,整体竞争力的上升甚为重要,科研管理工作者在科研诚信建设中扮演着重要角色。本文在对科研失信的原因分析基础之上,提出几点建议,充分发挥科研管理工作者的积极性,重塑高校科研诚信环境。
