| 摘 要： | 为了解动物离心训练后的变化情况,通过对目前动物离心训练方面有关论文的综述,结果发现动物离心训练大多数选择大鼠进行;选择跑台为大鼠训练器械,负坡度跑是进行离心训练的主要方法;离心训练后测试指标的肌肉是腓肠肌、比目鱼肌、股四头肌和胫骨前肌;测试指标方面,大多数研究集中在对大鼠生理生化指标的影响,其他方面的研究相对较少.为进一步深入探讨离心训练提供了理论依据.
