| 摘 要： | 贵州经济社会发展进入了一个新的时期,县级图书馆面临着从传统到多元化的转型。但县级馆在资源积累和更新上面临很多困难,贵州数字图书馆的启动为县级馆转型提供了一个资源共享平台。县级馆应抓住机遇,在信息技能方面强化队伍培训,创新多元化服务模式。
