| Abstract: | Through literature study and date arrangement and on the basis of analyzing the status quo of the development of Shanghai sports industry, a guidance map of value creation was established. The article explains the importance of human resources in the value creation of Shanghai leisure sports industry. It discusses the role of human resources in the whole process of value creation using the figure of system dynamics causal relationship. It puts forward some suggestions on the talent development and cultivation of Shanghai leisure sports industry. |
