| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查、访谈和文献资料等方法,对影响体育学院大学生成就动机的主要因素进行了调查。结果表明:影响体育学院大学生成就动机的因素按重要程度可以概括为个性特征、自我意识、社会竞争、教师影响、家庭环境、人际关系等八个因子。影响体育学院大学生成就动机的前15个因素依次是意志品质、社会就业压力、荣誉感、兴趣爱好、求知欲等。专家与大学生对影响成就动机发展的因素选择差别较大。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of questionnaire investigation, interview and documentation, the paper investigated the main factors influencing achievement motivation of college students in institutes of physical education. The results are as follows:Firstly, in order of the importance, the influencing factor of achievement motivation can be summarized as personal character, ego consciousness, social competition, teacher influence, family environment, interpersonal relationships. Secondly, the front 15 factors are character, social working pressure, honors feeling, interest and so on in the order. Thirdly, there exists great difference between experts and college students in the choice of factors influencing the achievement motivation. |
