| 摘 要： | 体育竞赛表演中部分项目与戏剧、舞蹈、杂技等著作权客体相似,完全可以成为作品并受《著作权法》保护。但是,《著作权法》没有明确体育竞赛表演可以成为作品,诸多法学观点也予以否认。建议扩大《著作权法》的作品范围,承认体育竞赛表演也是作品。

| Abstract: | In sport show, some events is similar to drama, dance and acrobatics, they are works and protected by the Law of Copyright, but in the Law of Copyright, the sport show may become works is not included, and many viewpoint in law denied this. The authors suggested that the works range should be enlarged in the Law of Copyright, and the sport show is works should be admitted. |
