| 摘 要： | 人事档案是人才信息的重要载体,是人才的主要信息源。管好、用好人事档案,对人才资源开发起着重要的作用。实现干部人事档案的现代化管理是一种必然趋势,它能减少一些不必要的劳动强度,使工作的准确性及效率得到大大提高,为干部人事决策和宏观用人提供有力的信息依据。
