| Abstract: | In this paper,considering two factors of the risk function and sample size simultaneously,a new effectiveness of parameter estimate is introduced.Some properties and the sufficient and necessary conditions of the effectiveness are given.As an application,the effectivenesses of LSE, Ridge Estimate and Stein Estimate are discussed. |
