| 摘 要： | 区域社区教育发展到现阶段,其硬件力量、师资队伍以及整体办学水平都有待于进一步强化。而区域教育资源整合是实现社区教育发展的重要途径。探索＂以社区居民的教育需求为导向,以动态的资源整合及合理布局为手段,构建多元、立体、网络化的社区教育超市体系的社区教育新模式。＂成为推经区域社区教育发展的应时之需。

| Abstract: | Though regional community education has developed at present, its hardware, teachers as well as the overall educational level are to be further strengthened. The integration of regional educa- tion resources is an important approach to realize the development of community education. ＂Taking the educational needs of community residents as a guide, the dynamic integration and rational distribution of resources as a means＂, we will explore and build a new mode of community education of multivariate, three- dimensional, web - based and supermarket - like system. Become a necessity of promoting the development of regional community education. |
