| 摘 要： | 为减轻脑瘫患者痛苦、丰富康复方法与手段,通过体育训练(以游泳为例),对痉挛型脑瘫个案跟踪4年研究,并采用<脑瘫综合康复评定表>、<修订的Ashwroth法肌张力评定表>进行康复评估.结论:游泳训练法具有医学康复所达不到的综合康复效果,从康复学、特殊教育学、社会心理学、体育学等方面分析均具有显著的康复作用及应用价值.

| Abstract: | Sports training methods in swimming are used to track and research four cases of spastic brain paralysis and The Assessment Chart for the Comprehensive Rehabilitation of Brain Paralysis and The Revised Assessment Chart for Ashwroth Muscle Strain are employed to assess the rehabilitation result so that the pain of brain paralysis patients can be eased and the rehabilitation method can be enriched.It is concluded that swimming training can produce the comprehensive rehabilitation effect which outruns the medi... |
