| 摘 要： | 产权关系是最基本的经济关系，产权伦理是全部经济伦理的核心，是整个伦理的基础，有必要对产权伦理进行系统的研究，构建现代产权伦理学。产权伦理学作为对产权伦理的理论和实践的系统研究，主要由三部分构成：产权伦理的基本理论研究，产权伦理的规范体系研究和产权伦理的实践问题研究。产权伦理学是经济伦理学与产权经济学相互结合形成的一门边缘学科，具有相对独立的研究对象、内容、方法和理论特质；是一门适应社会主义市场经济的实践需要和伦理学理论发展的逻辑要求，具有重要理论价值和实践意义的新兴学科。

| Abstract: | Relation of property right is the most basic economic relation;ethics of property right is the core of ethics of economy as a whole and the foundation of the whole social ethics.Therefore,it is necessary to systematic ally study and construct the moden ethics of propety right.As a subject on theory and practice of property right,ethics of property right indudes three basic aspects:the study of basic theory,the study of model system and the study of practical problems,ethics of property right is a marginal subject that combines economic ethics with property right economics.It has its relatively in dependent research objects,research contents,research methods and theoretical particularities.It is a new subject that fits in with the practical needs of socialist market economy and the logical request of the development of ethics theory.It is of great theoretical value and practical importance. |
