| 摘 要： | WTO的TRIPS协议对地理标志进行了明确的界定和严格的保护，我国也有诸多相关现行法律法规成为保护地理标志的法律渊源，但人们对地理标志进行周密保护的必要性仍然缺乏足够的重视。本文分别从TRIPS协议有关地理标志保护的规定、各国保护地理标志的立法模式、目前我国保护地理标志存在的问题以及完善我国地理标志的法律保护等方面进行详细分析，以求能对我国加强对地理标志的保护并有效利用有关国际规则有所裨益。

| Abstract: | TRIPS defines the conception of geographical indications clearly and stipulates strict measures of protection to geographical indications,there are also many laws and regulations about protection to geographical indications in China.However,geographical indications have not been paid enough attention by people.This article introduces the regulations about protection to geographical indications of TRIPS and legislative model of protection to geographical indications of some countries,analyses the China's problems on protection to geographical indications,in the hope of using the international regulations for reference and perfecting the China's legal protection to geographical indicatious. |
