| Abstract: | During the period of Republic of China, in order to prevent and control the spread of the infectious diseases, Gansu provincial government once took many measures including working out some prevention and control plans, training the vaccination workers, vaccinating the residents, launching various health campaigns to educate the public, improving environmental sanitation and reinforcing the supervision over the public sanitation as well. |
