| 摘 要： | 为了更好地在高校开展阳光体育运动,推动广大高校学生参加课内外体育活动,提高身体素质,发挥体育运动潜能,改善体质状况,增强终身体育意识。采用文献资料法、比较归纳法、综合分析法对黑龙江省高校开展阳光体育运动的基本对策进行了详细研究,认为:要使学校高度重视、提高学生参与意识、改善体育场地器械、加大宣传普及力度、营造体育活动氛围、加强课内外体育指导等几个方面来推动阳光体育运动的开展,可以使阳光体育运动在改善高校学生体质状况,掌握体育运动技能的过程中发挥更大的作用。

| Abstract: | This paper makes a close analysis of the countermeasures of sunshine sports project in the universities of Heilongjiang province through literature review,comparative induction and comprehensive analysis to promote university sports activities,to improve physical fitness and condition,and also to develop the sports potential and lifetime sports consciousness.This paper argues that it is important to strengthen schools＇ and students＇ consciousness of participation in sports events,to improve the sports equipment and sports sites,and to enhance the sports guidance both inside and outside the class,etc.. |
