| 摘 要： | 大学生创新素质的培养,是高等教育面向新世纪培养人才的重要课题.本文通过创新素质在成人教育艺术类学生素质教育中的地位的论述,分析了当前成人教育艺术类大学生创新素质的发展潜力,提出了促进成人教育艺术类大学生创新素质培养的基本途径.
