| 摘 要： | 高等教育成本分担与补偿政策的实施引起了社会各界的广泛关注。实施高等教育成本分担与补偿的政策,有利于满足人民群众接受高等教育的需求,有利于促进高等教育机会均等化。根据我国实行“主辅结合型”的教育体制情况,高等教育宜实行成本分担与补偿政策。
