| 摘 要： | 顾客满意度理论对旅游开发研究具有重要意义。根据青岛市崂山区实际情况，以游客实际体验模型理论和崂山区2012年“五一”小长假期间国内游客满意度问卷调查数据为依据，运用SPSS17．0统计软件，得出影响青岛市崂山区游客满意度的因素及其对满意度的影响程度。基于分析结果，提出了提高青岛市崂山区国内游客满意度、改善旅游服务现状的相应对策和建议。

| Abstract: | The theory of customer satisfaction is of important significance for the study of tourism development. According to the practical situation in Laoshan district, this paper utilizes the statistical software of SPSS17.0 to reach the factors that influence the tourists satisfaction of I.aoshan district in Qingdao and the influence degree based on the theory of customers practical experience model and the questionnaire survey data of the domestic tourists satisfaction of Laoshan district in Qingdao during the May 1^st vacation in 2012. Based on the analysis, this paper proposes the countermeasures and sug- gestions to improve the domestic tourist satisfaction of Laoshan district in Qingdao and the tourism service status. |
