| 摘 要： | 知识流程外包正日益受到我国政府和企业的重视，同时学术界对它的研究也逐渐增多。通过对知识流程外包相关文献的梳理与分析，从知识流程外包的内涵、分类、模式、风险和发展研究五个方面对国内外知识流程外包的研究现状进行述评。

| Abstract: | Knowledge Process Outsourcing has been given more emphasis by government as well as companies in China, and researches on KPO in academic circles in China are growing increasingly. By reviewing related literatures, this paper demonstrates the research on knowledge process outsourcing from five aspects known as definition, classification, motives, modes, risks and research development of KPO. |
