| 摘 要： | 文章根据心理学相关理论与研究,结合高校"阳光体育运动"的评价现状认为,现阶段的有关高校"阳光体育运动"的评价缺乏对大学生积极心理层面的指标研究。文章详细介绍了流畅状态与锻炼承诺的理论及两者在大众锻炼领域的应用现状,结合高校"阳光体育运动"认为流畅状态与锻炼承诺可以作为高校"阳光体育运动"的心理评价指标,两者可以反映高校"阳光体育运动"心理层面的价值。

| Abstract: | Based on the related theory and the studies,the paper indicates that the recent assessment of "Sunny Physical Culture" is in great lack of the study into the psychological indicator in the dimension of the positive mind.The paper fully introduces the notion of smooth statement and training commitment as well as the application of the two in the public physical training,combined with the perspective that "Sunny Physical Culture" argues that smooth statement and training commitment could work as the indicators of psychological assessment of "Sunny Physical Culture" on campus.Both of the indicators can reflect the true value of "Sunny Physical Culture" in the psychological dimension. |
