| 摘 要： | 推进人民币汇率形成机制改革,是缓解对外贸易不平衡,提高对外开放水平的需要;汇率形成机制改革是我国加入WTO后对金融改革的要求;汇率机制的形成有利于优化资源配置。新的汇率机制使外贸企业在出口报价、核算成本、成交、结售汇等方面增加了一种新的风险因素。要规避汇率机制改革给外贸企业带来的汇率风险,就要树立危机意识,改善出口产品结构和贸易结构,创建学习型企业,培养复合型外贸金融人才,同时,还要使用各种金融衍生工具规避汇率风险。
