| 摘 要： | 楼盘通名应反映楼盘的属性特征,表示一定的空间概念、场所概念和地域概念,与人居建筑物名称有一定联系.古语词“庭、府、邸、轩、阁、公馆、人家”和行政区划通名“镇、乡、郡、邑”的相关特点符合《岳阳市城镇建筑物标准地名命名细则》的规定,可以纳入新增通名,而“岸、湾、湖、源、岛、洲、港、屿”不宜作通名.对新出现的通名和无通名的楼盘,政府应给予回应,规范楼盘通名的使用.

| Abstract: | The generic name of real estate plays a role in distinguishing the buildings＇ categories, reflecting the char- aeteristics of the properties including spatial, locational and geographical features. It is also related to the names of residential buildings. Being in accordance with the Specifications on the Standard Naming Principles of Urban Con- structions in Yueyang, the ancient words＂庭、府、邸、轩、阁、公馆、人家＂ and administration division names ＂镇、乡、郡、邑＂ can be categorized as new genetic names; while ＂岸、湾、湖、源、岛、洲、港、屿＂ shouldn＇t be regarded as ge- neric names. Besides, the government should respond effectively to the new generic names and real estates with no ge- neric names, thus regulating the uses of generic names. |
