教育仪式促进教师专业发展的功能及重建

摘    要:教育仪式是在学校中进行的各种具有时空特定性、高度程式性、象征意义鲜明的教育活动,它具有强化师德和教师的社会关系以及凝聚教师群体的多种功能。教育仪式由表层结构与深层结构组成,其创建包括形式与实质两个环节。重建教育仪式有助于促进教师专业发展,它包括旧仪式改造、编排方式改变、展示重点修改、象征意义改写等策略。

Abstract:Education ceremony is conducted in schools of various space-time specific,highly program,and symbolic meaning distinct educational activities.It has to strengthen the relationship between morality and teachers of social cohesion as well as groups of teachers in a variety of functions.Education ceremony consists of the surface structure and deep structure,whose creation involves two aspects of form and substance.Reconstruction of education ceremony helps to promote professional development of teachers,which includes the transformation of the old ceremonies,presentation of changes,highlight on the changes,symbolic rewriting and other strategies.
