| Abstract: | Since the Education Reform Act 1988 was published,General Certificate of Secondary Education exam has become a complete verification for students who have graduated from compulsory education.This exam will check their school achievements on both knowledge and skills.In the new century,this exam is concerned by more and more people,but also faces more challenges,such as quality decling,larger attainments gap and so on.This paper has studyed some important education reports published by.United Kingdom government,and conclude the mesures that the government has taken to reform the General Certificate of Secondary Education exam.These measures are also the enlightenment for reform the examination of high school graduation in China. |
