| 摘 要： | 通过对我院高职毕业生择业行为及意向的调查分析，得出我院毕业生择业观念符合常态，分析了存在的问题，提出了建议与对策，希望调查个人期望值，进一步改变就业观念，先就业，后择业，再创业，实现个人思想和国家期望的同步与一致。

| Abstract: | The investigation and analysis of the job-seeking behavior and intention of the graduates from Yangling Vocational and Technical College showed that their job-hunting concepts matched the normal situation. The investigation analyzed existing problems and brought up suggestions and counterplans for the students before graduation. The students are required to adjust their individual expectations and to change their intention for job seeking. The graduates should take occupation at first, then select ideal jobs and at last carve out a career in order to realize the synchronization and consistency between the expectations of individuals and their motherland. |
