| 摘 要： | 阐述了企业集团发展中遇到的财务难题 :( 1 )资金缺口大 ;( 2 )集团核心筹资能力差 ;( 3)集团内部成员单位结算机制不完善 ;( 4 )企业集团核心层投资主体的功能难以发挥。探讨了企业集团建立财务公司的必然性及财务公司发展过程中存在的问题。提出了搞好财务公司的三点设想 :( 1 )对财务公司的组建条件加以限定 ,避免其盲目发展 ;( 2 )对符合条件的财务公司给予适当的支持 ;( 3)在组建财务公司时应注意发挥其它金融渠道的作用。

| Abstract: | The financial problems in the development of enterprise group are expounded:(1)big gaps in fund,(2)weak abi lity of the group in raising fund,(3)imperfect system of settling accounts among the subsidiary companies of the group,(4)diffi culty in performing the subjective investment function of the unclear part of the enterprise group.The necessity of founding financial company in enterprise group and the problems existing in the development of financial company are discussed.Three tentative plans on doing financial company well are put forward:(1) limiting the conditions of organizing financial company to avoid its blind development,(2)giving proper support to the qualified financial company,(3)making use of other finical ways in founding financial company |
