| 摘 要： | 英国和挪威的高校招生工作在入学申请的管理、时间和程序、对申请人的能力评价和信息网络技术的应用等方面有其特点,同时两国高校招生中介机构的职能定位、服务范围、工作重点、对申请人的评价方式和仲裁机构等方面又有所不同。借鉴两国的做法,要建立统一的高校招生服务机构和仲裁机构、实行考生远程异地录取、改革考试和对考生的评价方式。

| Abstract: | There are some features in student enrollment system in UK and Norway, including the management of the application, time and program, the evaluation of the applicant and the applying of IT. At the same time, there are some different characters on the location of function, service and emphasizing field, the way of evaluation and arbitration institute between the two countries. We can have some good advice from the two countries, such as building the unified service institute of enrollment and arbitration, giving the admission from the distant districts, reforming the way of test and evaluation. |
