| 摘 要： | 运动损伤与运动项目，技术有着密切的关系，分析，研究，总结受伤时的动作力学特征，有利于改进教学方法，预防运动性伤害的发生，本试就投掷和排球教学与训练中常见的肩损伤做初浅的生物力学分析，以期达到提高技术水平和预防运动损伤的目的。

| Abstract: | The analysis, exploration and sum-up of characteristics of mechanics in exercise will improve teaching methods and prevent incidental injury because of the close relationship between trauma, exercise and skill. The paper probes into the ways to improve the skills and prevent motility damage through the research into biomechanics examination of injury of elbow and shoulder in of throwing and volleyball playing teaching and training. |
