| 摘 要： | 当代产业组织领域动态竞争理论的演进与高科技产业和经济全球化的迅猛发展已经对新古典静态分析及建立在其基础上的SCP范式和竞争政策提出了挑战。在动态竞争理论看来，竞争在本质上是一个创新、演化或发现的动态过程，企业的异质性、企业家及其创新活动等被新古典经济学抽掉的因素可以纳入这一理论框架中。动态竞争理论的发展预示着产业组织理论面临着新的整合。这样，需要重新审视传统竞争政策的效率标准和核心内容．尤其是它对于高科技产业的不适用性。

| Abstract: | The evolution of dynamic competition theory in modern industrial organization (IO), and the rapid development of high technology industries and economic globalization have challenged New-classical static analysis and SCP paradigm based on it. According to the dynamic competition theory, competition is in nature an innovative, evolutionary or discovery process, so the firm heterogeneity, entrepreneur and innovation and others assumed by New-classical economics could be channeled into this framework. The development of the dynamic competition theory indicates new integration of industrial organization. Thus, we should inspect the criterion and main contents of efficiency of traditional competition policy, especially its unfitness for Hi-tech industries. |
