| 摘 要： | 农产品批发市场是我国农产品流通的主渠道，随着供应链管理思想及技术在涉农领域的不断应用，传统农产品批发市场迫切需要改造升级。在当前农产品质量安全事件频发，食品安全监管不力，农产品质量标准、多级检测、信息追溯等体系都不健全的环境下，农产品批发市场应借助改造升级之契机，创新现有农产品供应链，对供应链进行封闭化运行改造，以更有效地管控农产品质量安全问题。

| Abstract: | Agricultural products wholesale market is the main channel of agricultural products circulation in China. With the constant application of supply chain management theories and practices in agriculture-re- lated field ,the conventional wholesale market for agricultural products need to be upgraded urgently. Under various unfavorable conditions,including the high-frequency occurrence of food safety accidences, defective systems of food quality standards, multi-level inspection and information tracking, the agricultural products wholesale market should make full use of this opportunity of transformation and upgradation to innovate the existing supply chain, conduct closed operation transformation, in order to effectively manage and control the quality safety problems. |
