| 摘 要： | 图书馆是学校的有机组成部分,是学生的第二课堂。目前,很多学校的图书馆形同虚设,没有发挥其应有的作用,其原因主要是:领导重视不够、资金来源不足、读书指导不力。这三方面困扰了中小学图书馆的发展,应引起大家的重视。

| Abstract: | Library is an integral part of middle school and primary school education.It plays a role of "second class".However,libraries in many schools nowadays do not fully play their roles.This phenomenon is resulted from school leaders’ inadequate attention,insufficient funding,and poor reading instruction,which have prevented a healthy development of libraries.This paper aims to draw the instructors’ attention to them. |
