| 摘 要： | 美国高校以其独特的办学模式和办学风格屹立于西方高校之林。办学模式的创新是美国高校的魅力所在。美国高校的办学模式给我国高等教育发展的启示是,我国必须发挥人事、学术、学院管理等体制创新作用,推动高等教育改革;构建内涵式发展的高等教育质量体系;开展重德、创新、社会适应力"三位一体"的素质教育;优化高校教育结构,提升高等教育的办学质量,构建和谐校园。

| Abstract: | The universities in the US characterized by the unique operating model and style are quite impressive.The appeal of universities in the US lies in the school-running innovation.The university operating model in the US has enlightened China about the development of higher education that China must give play to the institutional-innovation function of human-resources,academic,faculty management to promote the higher education reform;construct the higher education quality system with the intensive development;carry out the "trinity" quality education of the focus on morality,the innovation and the social adaptive ability;optimize the educational structure of universities to improve the quality of higher education’ and build the harmonious campus. |
