| 摘 要： | 第24届世界大学生冬季运动会在哈尔滨的成功举办,对于举办地和所在区域的社会发展和人的发展具有重要的人文意义,其人文价值一方面在于对黑龙江省和哈尔滨市政治、经济、文化、国际影响等社会进步、和谐发展和人的全面和谐发展的意义和作用,另一方面在于对冬季体育发展所具有的价值引导,为冬季体育事业的发展提供了强大的思想价值、精神价值和文化价值的支持,其效应在于营造了扩大冰雪运动影响的人文环境,加深了人们对冰雪运动本质、功能和作用的认识,树立了冬季体育人文价值观的统领地位。研究大冬会的人文价值,通过冬季体育文化的宣传与普及,使人民群众充分享受冬季体育文化生活,积极参与冬季全民健身运动,这是构建我国冬季体育走向强盛的现代化之路的人文桥梁。
