| 摘 要： | 高校教师担负着为国家培养高级专门人才的重任，其职业心理特点影响到大学生的身心发展和人才培养 质量。因此探讨高校教师的职业心理特点及对大学生的影响，并在此基础上研究高校教师优良职业心理品质的培 养是十分重要的。一般而言，高校教师的职业心理特点主要有教育机智、教育能力、人格特征等方面，这些特点能够 引导大学生追求真知、开启心智、“学会做人”，促进其个性心理的发展。

| Abstract: | University teachers have been taking the important responsibility of training qualified college students for the country. Their professional psychological characteristics will inevitably have an ifluence on the developnent and quality of their students. Therefore, it is of vital importance to study the teachers' professional psychological influence on the students and to find methods to cultivate excellent professional psychological characteristics among university teachers. Generally, positive character- istics including intelligence, competence and personality will inspire students to pursue truth and develop desirable personality. |
