| 摘 要： | 我国改革开放的深入推进引起了当代工人思想意识的深刻变化。对此，国内学者集中阐述了当代工人思想意识的新变化与成因，并在加强当代工人思想政治教育的战略对策等方面提出了许多见解，这对于在实践中贯彻落实针对当代工人的思想教育工作具有重要的参考价值。同时，关于当代工人的思想教育工作仍有许多问题还亟待深入研究和探讨。

| Abstract: | The deepening of China's reform and opening-up results in profound ideological transformation in contemporary workers,the specific changes and corresponding causes of which arouse a strong academic interest. On one hand,many suggestions are made about the strategies and measures which should be adopted to further the ideology education,shedding light on the actual practice. On the other hand,a lot of problems in ideology education remain to be studied and probed into. |
