| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义政治文明是社会主义现代化建设的重要目标。政治文明是社会主义的重要特征，是完善社会主义市场经济的需要，是完善和发展社会主义民主制度的需要，它与坚持党的领导、实现人民当家作主和依法治国是有机统一的整体。

It is the necessity of consummating the market econoim and developing socialistic sjstem. It is the all and the one with insisting the leadership of the Party people as the master of one's own altitirs and managing state affairs according to law. |
